Circumferential Seals
New Way Air Bearings® manufactures a circumferential New-Seal™ for when you require sealing along the surface of a shaft. Through the use of our Externally Pressurized Porous (EPP) Media, these robust seals offer a non-contact, leak-free solution, all without lubricant or contacting parts like a conventional seal.
The circumferential faced seal simultaneously produces sealing and motion, effectively acting a lubricant-free journal bearing. Adaptive hardware is also available, allowing for New-Seal to become a drop-in ready retrofit component. If you require a custom design, custom made circumferential seals can be produced to meet your needs.
